So you resolved to eat healthier this new year? Oh good, me too.
I’ve already made this twice… that’s how good it is.
Simple, simple: fresh pizza dough, rolled out, brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with minced garlic. Add caramelized onion and broccoli that has been ever so slightly cooked in the onion skillet. Top with half moons of italian sausage (I confess to using chicken sausage) and fresh mozzarella.
If you aren’t going to use fresh mozzarella, then don’t even bother, okay?
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 on a pizza stone that has preheated for like a half hour. Goes nicely with football, friends, and homebrewed IPA.
